Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

ISLA SALON Instagram Giveaway

• All prizes will be given out at our salon location only at 777 N Grant Street, Suite 120, Denver CO 80203

• Isla Salon is not responsible for any travel costs associated to collect prizes by winners. 

• Any additional hair coloring services costs that may be needed to properly install and blend VIE Hair Extensions are not included in this contest. 

• Winners will receive the prizes of hair extensions or products. The grand prize colors of the hair extensions and second prize products will be chosen by Isla Salon only, at our sole discretion. 

  • The Grand Prize winner understands that hair extensions periodically require move-ups as your natural hair grows out, and Isla Salon is not responsible for the cost of future maintenance and move-ups, although we are happy to schedule you for move-up appointments with one of our stylists at their standard cost for such service. Move-ups are required every 6-9 weeks. Call the salon front desk at 303-928-9805 for individual stylist pricing. 

  • The Grand Prize winner hereby agrees from holding Isla Salon liable for any damages to either the hair extensions prize or their natural hair from wearing hair extensions, or as a result from the winner misusing the extensions, or not properly caring for the hair. Hair extensions can last up to 1 year from install, BUT MUST BE PROPERLY CARED FOR. A care sheet will be given to the prize winner at time of prize distribution and the winner hereby agrees to follow care instructions. 

• Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality on the Services/Prizes given out, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Isla Salon and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any photos of the prize winners showing their prizes, or installed hair or products are owned exclusively by Isla Salon, and the winner acknowledges such photos can be used in any way, at any time for any marketing purposes for Isla Salon in perpetuity and no compensation will be given out for the use of such photos or materials.

1. Eligibility:

  • The Instagram Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all US residents.

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, partners, or affiliates of ISLA SALON and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

  • To enter the Giveaway, participants must have completed all steps outlined in the post linked to this T&C page.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. Giveaway Period:

  • The Giveaway begins on 1/31/24and ends on 2/13/24 (“Giveaway Period”).

4. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.

  • The winner will be announced on Feb 13 at 7 PM MST on @islasalon Instagram page.

  • The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected.

5. Prize:

  • The prize for the Giveaway is 1 row of 20” VIE Hair Extensions and install and second prize is a trio of hair products from Oribe or Kerastase.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

6. Publicity Release:

  • By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Isla Salon to use their name, image, and content submitted for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

7. Disqualification:

  • Isla Salon reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activity.

   • We may terminate or suspend access to our Services or prizes immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Governing Law:

  • The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of Colorado and all laws within The United States.

9. Instagram Disclaimer:

  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Oribe or Kerastase.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Isla Salon, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, physical or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services or prizes given out.

11. Changes:

  • Isla Salon reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time for any reason.
